This app is very helpful at weekends. It can advise you what to do, you can upload pictures of the problems. They advise and you decide what to do from there. They can even make you an appointment.
This is a brilliant app for general queries that aren't urgent and allow the phone lines to be kept free for emergencies or more urgent issues.

It's a brilliant app you can get a reply within an hour and appointments are very good too. You can never seem to get through on the phone but with the app you get seen straight away. It's the best thing since sliced bread

Was unsure if my pets stitches were healing correctly so sent photos via this app , had a live chat with a lovely nurse who gave great advice and put my concerns to rest. Service was very quick . What previously would have been a wasted trip to the vet ( wasted because the stitches are just fine) was all sorted in 5 minutes while my dog was sound asleep in his bed.
